A new HALLOWEEN comic series set before the 1978 film, featuring Michael Myers and expanding the game’s mythology, will launch in conjunction with HALLOWEEN: THE GAME.

Media Release – PANICK Entertainment, IllComic, Compass International Pictures and Further Front are teaming up to bring Michael Myers back to comics in an all-new HALLOWEEN series inspired by IllFonic’s forthcoming HALLOWEEN: THE GAME.

Written by Hans Rodionoff (Mnemovore) and Adam F. Goldberg (Victor Crowley’s Hatchet: Halloween Tales), with interior art by Eamon Winkle, Robert Nelson, Ivan Dedov and Sean O’Toole, the series takes place on the night before Halloween 1978.

Michael Myers escapes Smith’s Grove Sanitarium and begins his bloody journey home to Haddonfield. Dr. Loomis knows exactly what has been unleashed, but Michael has never been more relentless.

This isn’t a comic adaptation of the original film. The series expands the mythology of HALLOWEEN: THE GAME while telling a standalone story featuring Michael Myers, Dr. Loomis and the game’s new heroes of Haddonfield.
